Online Directed Evolver Lean Certification Program allows participants to obtain an Evolver lean certification without leaving their place of business or residence. Online participants will work one-on-one with an instructor during the entire certification process. Upon completion all participants have the ability to facilitate lean manufacturing events in their workplace. Includes all course materials and an Evolver (Full Edition) lean training kit a $99.95 value.
Certification Requirements:
1. Participants will be graded on a combination of written exams and the completion of one lean project. Course material will be presented over a 5 week period.
2. Final Lean Project – Participants will work one-on-one with an instructor on a lean project. Participants must demonstrate their ability to apply lean concepts learned during the course in a practical application. Lean project must be completed within 6 months of course inception.
