The online Evolver Lean Certification Program allows participants to obtain an Evolver lean certification without leaving their place of business or residence.   Online participants will work one-on-one with an lean instructor during the entire certification process.  Upon completion of their directed studies, all participants will have the ability to facilitate lean manufacturing events and projects in their workplace.  Includes all course materials and an Evolver (Full Edition) lean training kit, a $99.95 value.

1. Participants will be graded on a combination of written exams and the completion of one lean project.  Course materials will be presented over a 5 week period. 

2. Final Lean Manufacturing Project – Participants will work one-on-one with an instructor on a lean project of their choice.  Participants must demonstrate their ability to apply lean concepts learned during the lean training course in a practical application.  Lean project must be completed within 6 months of course inception.
